About Travis Glover
Travis has over 26 years experience in the firearm industry and is an industry-wide recognized leader and subject matter expert on ATF Compliance. He spent nearly a decade developing, implementing, and leading the ATF Compliance function at Cabela’s and helped launch Lipsey’s into the NFA/suppressor market in 2013. With a passion for detail, forms processing and business operations, Travis has worked closely with ATF at the executive level to assist FFLs nationally with their compliance programs and audit readiness.
When he joined Orchid Advisors in 2016, a consulting and software company dedicated to the modernization of a compliant firearms industry, he helped numerous FFLs across the country to operationalize and improve their ATF compliance programs. Travis helped secure the first 4473 digital storage ATF approved variance in 2018 for his client, Grab-A-Gun in Coppell, TX and subsequently worked with ATF to secure variance approval for an industry leading point of sale software system in 2019. Additionally, Travis proudly served on the Board of Directors for the American Suppressor Association from 2013-2019.
Today, Travis is VP of Business Development and Sales for Silencer Shop and is leading 4473 Cloud, a Powered by Silencer Shop company dedicated to providing affordable ATF approved simplified digital storage and retention of regulated documents for FFLs.
